No. A pass is paid once and never renews. Nothing is charged after it, and there is nothing to cancel.

No. Fantomas never asks for an account, an email or a password; only the checkout asks for an email, to send your key. The key is your proof of purchase: paste it in any of your browsers to use your pass there.

Yes. Free gives you 70 removals a week on one Instagram profile, in every category, with scans, filters and a report. No card needed, and a fresh 70 comes every Monday.

Count one day for every 3,000 items to remove on your biggest profile, then count your profiles: the 7-day pass covers 1 Instagram profile, the 14-day pass up to 3 and the 30-day pass up to 5. Take the pass that covers both. For example, 30,000 messages take about 10 days: the 14-day pass fits, or the 30-day pass for 4 or 5 profiles. Beyond 30 days of work, a second pass will be needed. In the extension, “Find my plan” works this out from three quick questions, and “Tailored for you” from a complete scan of your messages.

To protect your account. Tens of thousands of removals in a single day look unusual to Instagram and can get an account restricted. Fantomas spreads the work over several days for you. A pass allows up to 3,000 removals a day on each profile, all categories together. You can set a lower limit in Settings.

For the launch, every pass costs 50% less than its regular price, which is shown struck through next to it. The offer has no set end date. When we end it, the regular prices apply.

Checkout is run by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller. Once you pay, it emails you a license key. Paste the key in the extension to activate your pass. Checkout opens at launch.

When you first activate your key, not when you pay. Its days then run in a row, and adding a profile or a browser never restarts them.

Free covers 1 Instagram profile. The 7-day pass covers 1 Instagram profile, the 14-day pass up to 3 and the 30-day pass up to 5. A profile added to a pass stays on it until the pass ends. Use Fantomas only on profiles you use yourself. There is no browser limit: your key works in any of your browsers.

For likes, comments, reposts and story replies, yes: Instagram must be set to English or French. Messages work in any language.

Each item removed: an unsent message, or a like, comment, repost or story reply sent for removal. Scans, filters, reports, failures and items already gone are free. A result Fantomas cannot confirm waits until it is checked.

You are back on Free, with 70 removals a week. Nothing renews and nothing is charged. Your reports and backups stay on your device.

Everyone can save a local copy of their own messages before a cleanup. With a pass, the backup also keeps what the other participants sent, with their photos and videos, so the whole conversation stays readable offline.

Before you activate your key, yes: you can withdraw within 14 days for a full refund. When you activate your key, you tick a box to start your pass now and give up that right. After that, we refund a duplicate or unauthorized charge, a key that never worked, or an extension that is broken for you and not fixed within 7 days of your report.
