Find the right chats
Search by name or username, filter by last activity or message period, and sort the list before you select.
Fantomas helps you review and remove your own Instagram messages, likes, comments, reposts and story replies, with clear controls at every step.
You set the scope and start each run. Fantomas does the clicking.
Open Instagram in Chrome and click the Fantomas button. No account to create: it checks which profile is signed in before anything else.
Pick a category, then the conversations or the period you want to clean. No full scan needed first.
Messages are counted before anything goes. Activity items are selected as Instagram's list loads.
Removal uses Instagram's own actions, with pauses between them. Pause or stop whenever you want.
Create a PDF record if you want one. It never includes the text of your messages.
Select the chats together. Fantomas works through the queue, one conversation at a time.
Unsends the messages you sent, for everyone in the chat.
Removes your likes from posts and reels.
Deletes the comments and replies you wrote.

Target the right items, know what a scan covered, and keep your hand on every run.
Search by name or username, filter by last activity or message period, and sort the list before you select.
See how many messages each chat holds, how many are yours and what the scan covered, before you unsend.
Pause, stop or skip a chat at any moment. Nothing starts again until you say so.
Clears your messages from the oldest to the newest, so the recent ones go last.
Start with the old stuff. Leave the latest for last.
Fantomas Mode works through your messages from oldest to newest. A little method to the disappearing act.
Clean several profiles, with no account to create.
Depending on the pass, Fantomas covers up to 5 Instagram profiles you use.
Instagram keeps moving after a cleanup. Fantomas remembers where you stopped, so the next one takes minutes, not an evening.
Daily check. With a pass, when you turn it on in Settings, Fantomas looks for what’s new once a day while Chrome is open, and keeps this card up to date.
Straight answers before you start. The details live on the limits page.
No account needed. Fantomas works with the Instagram session already open in Chrome: nothing to sign up for, and no password to create.
Yes, for the messages you sent. Fantomas uses Instagram's own Unsend action, so each message it removes disappears for everyone in the chat.
Yes. Choose your scope and use the filters available for that category before confirming the cleanup. You do not need to scan every category first.
Yes, and story replies too. Fantomas works on Instagram's Your activity pages, with Instagram's own selection and removal controls. For these categories, Instagram must be set to English or French; messages work in any language.
No, Fantomas works inside Chrome, with your Instagram session. Messages keep going while you use other tabs, as long as Chrome stays open and your computer awake. Likes, comments, reposts and story replies need their Instagram tab in front. If Chrome closes or your computer goes to sleep, the work stops and nothing restarts on its own: resume it from Fantomas.
It can happen with any activity, since Instagram sets its own limits. Fantomas keeps pauses between actions and stops as soon as Instagram asks.
A summary of the scope, confirmed results, what is left and any interruptions. Reports never include the text of your messages.

Fantomas is on its way to the Chrome Web Store. Once it is listed, you add it to Chrome from this page in a minute.
